We associate this holiday with spring, with flowering, with renewal. In different countries, May 1 is celebrated under different names, but everywhere and always this date is associated with labour.

In modern Russia, May Day is a celebration of spring and labour – our life is impossible without these components. Spring and labour are conditions of stability, confidence in the future, and economic prosperity for each of us and for the whole country.
