Postgraduate studies are a time for in-depth study of the subject and creative searches, a time to express yourself. Training at such a high level immerses not only in theoretical foundations, but also in practical scientific work, in deep research of the chosen field of knowledge, which allows you to reveal the potential of a young scientist to the fullest.
Today, we honour young scientists of all profiles – from humanities and social to technical and natural sciences. The work of each of you contributes to the development of SSU, the progress of the region, the country, and the world.
At Saratov State University, under the supervision of experienced mentors, 326 postgraduates are currently studying in twenty groups of scientific courses. In 2023, 111 people enrolled in postgraduate courses. Our university has all the conditions for your productive work and professional development.
Young researchers participate in all major research at our university, including the Priority 2030 programme. Last year, we won victories in the “youth” contests of the Presidential Programme of the Russian Academy of Science – four projects of young scientists and two projects of scientific groups led by young scientists. And this is only a part of the many achievements.
Today, novice researchers and postgraduate are in the focus of close attention of senior colleagues, the Ministry of Higher Education and Science, as well as the country. Your work is a priority, because you are our strong support as the continuers of the good traditions of the higher school of Russia. But the main thing is for you to create new things, strengthen the authority of Russian science, and lead future generations. Attracting young people to science is a special task of the state, which opens up many opportunities for you to show your talents and make the most ambitious ideas come true.
