Dear colleagues and students!
I congratulate you on the most important state holiday – Constitution Day!
30 years ago, on December 12, the Constitution of the Russian Federation was accepted by all population vote. This is a very significant date in the history of modern Russia.
The basic law of the country allows Russian citizens to feel themselves an integral part of their state.
The Constitution not only guarantees the rights and freedoms of everyone, but also imposes responsibility for actions and deeds. Understanding this fine line and observing prescribed norms makes us a civilized, harmoniously developing society.
The study and understanding of constitutional law is the subject of interest of the scientific community of Saratov University. Teachers of the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law actively participate in the discussion of topical issues of the basic law of the country at round tables, conferences, seminars at the national and international levels.
Students are successfully involved in the work. The interaction of generations is an integral part of university life. It is very important that new generations embody their innovative ideas, taking into account the decades-long experience of mentors.
Only mutual understanding and mutual respect built between generations will contribute to the further prosperity of our state.
I wish all of us success, new discoveries and achievements, constant development for the benefit of the Motherland!
