The President of the Russian Federation has declared this year the Year of Teachers and Mentors in order to strengthen the prestige of the profession, to emphasize the public importance of the role of professors in improving the system of higher education and training highly qualified personnel who meet the needs of modern production,’ Mikhail Mishustin said in his congratulatory address.
