Dear colleagues, students, and friends!

I heartily congratulate you on National Unity Day!

This holiday reflects the moral rectitude of Russians – solidarity, patriotism, striving for justice and peace.

History preserves indisputable proofs of the strength of the Russian people. Russia has always won when the people were united by a common will and gathered to defend the Motherland or overcome difficulties for the sake of noble national goals.

The word “unity” has a special meaning for the university community. Together we strengthen our positions in the scientific community: we implement large-scale projects, promote our ideas and unique developments of scientists. Ambitious plans are gradually implemented. Our goal is to reach the forefront of strategic projects of the Priority 2030 programme. The issues of continuous training of specialists, education and preservation of cultural heritage and historical memory should not be left aside. Only by joint efforts, relying on common guidelines, we will be able to develop systematically and achieve our goals.
