On the eve of the celebration of the 79th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the SSU: The Immortal Regiment project is taking place on the website of Saratov State University.

The staff and the students can read about the family war stories that have already been published, as well as share their own. To do this, you can fill in a special form on the SSU website. To each story, you need to add the name and rank of a front-line soldier, the degree of kinship with the hero, and photographic materials (these can be letters, orders, medals, documents, etc.).

The faces of the heroes will appear on the main page of the site on holidays dedicated to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

Memorable stories will remain in the section forever. Due to the online project, you may tell in detail about the fate, heroism, and awards of your relatives and share information on social networks. You can refer to the publication at any time – they will be stored in the SSU: The Immortal Regiment special section.

To remind, everyone can take part in the All-Russian campaign on the official website of the Immortal Regiment from May 1 to May 12. To do this, you need to register and post the photos of the veteran relatives.
