On May 24, Open Day of universities of Volga Federal District will be held at the Russia exhibition and forum in the lecture hall of the Knowledge Society. Saratov State University will become one of 13 universities from Volga Region, which will present achievements in science and higher education, as well as introduce guests to popular and promising courses.

The event will be organised in Pavilion No. 57 of VDNH from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (MSK). To participate, you must register here.

Vice-Rector for Research and Digital Development Alexei Koronovskii will deliver a video message to the audience. Professor Anatolii Karavayev, Chair of the Department of Dynamic Modelling and Biomedical Engineering at the Institute of Physics, SSU, Head of the education-to-science laboratory of the Digital Integrative Bioengineering Systems FABLAB, will talk about personnel training and early introduction of students to science.

The vocal group of SSU, led by the winner of All-Russian and international competitions Victoria Kovsharova, will perform, too.

In addition, the guests will see a promotional video about the university and will be able to ask all their questions.

It should be noted that the Russia exhibition and forum hosts University Open Days from May 16 to May 31, with more than 80 Russian universities participating in it. The events were organised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Science of the Russian Federation in cooperation with the Knowledge Russian Society.
