Prospective Student Day in SSU

Annual Prospective Student Day took place at SSU Students’ Square on 27 September, 2014.

Future students could visit thematic platforms organized by SSU units and participate in diverse entertainment program.

A.V. Golovchenko, Head of the Office of Student Educational Work welcomed the applicants. Then the hosts G. Bolotov (Chair of the Undergraduate and graduate student council) and K. Kozina (Faculty of Biology Master student) took the floor. They highlighted that SSU provides not only high quality education and research opportunities but it is also a ground for creative work. The University gives an opportunity for professional and creative self-fulfillment.

Then the guests watched a concert with songs and dances prepared by SSU students. Applicants could also participate in the show. The most active students got presents with University memorabilia.

Students’ SGUshenka magazine was also presented to the public.

As the tradition has it, the event ended with a mass selfie.
