SSU signed cooperation agreement with Rossotrudnichestvo

A Russian federal cultural agency, Rossotrudnichestvo signed a cooperation agreement with 7 Russian universities on February 13, 2014. The documents were signed by Director of Rossotrudnichestvo K.I. Kosachev and universities’ representatives.

The Agency’s partners now are Saratov State University, Kazan State Technical University named after A. N. Tupolev, Ural Federal University, Siberian State Aerospace University, Kuban State Technological University, Tomsk State University of Architecture and Building, Northern (Arctic) Federal University.

SSU President, professor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences L.Yu. Kossovich signed the cooperation agreement as a representative of Saratov State University.

Signing the agreement with Rossotrudnichestvo is a very important step in SSU international relations development. The Agency is a unique platform where Russian universities can promote their educational and scientific innovations.

According to the agreement the parties will cooperate on the issues of development, promotion and support of Russian education abroad. The cooperation’s aim is to create institutional partnership between Russian and foreign academic communities, foster foreign citizens’ interest to Russian history and culture, and form positive image of Russia.
