This was announced on May 31, at the closing ceremony of the 31st Russian Student Spring, which is taking place in Perm.
‘We are very glad that the next festival will be held here. Saratov has been waiting for this for 32 years. Today, first of all, I would like to congratulate Perm and thank you for your hospitality. We are waiting for you in Saratov!’ Governor of Saratov Region Roman Busargin from the stage said.
Saratov Region was not accidentally chosen as the venue of the festival. ‘Saratov Region is the traditional leader of the Russian Student Spring. For the last three years, the Saratov delegation has won the Grand Prix, took the highest award of this festival. In my opinion, it is very logical and correct that the talent of Saratov youth, Saratov students will be seen by the whole country directly in Saratov,’ Minister of Youth Policy and Sports of the region Oleg Dubovenko said in an interview with TASS.
‘Saratov was and remains a city of students, a creative point of attraction. The Turiade, the Smart City, the Delphic Games – every year there are more and more large-scale youth projects, one thing is invariably the hospitality of Saratov residents and the active participation of our guys in all initiatives. Finally, the main creative competition of students, Russian Student Spring, will appear in the piggy bank of such projects! We deserve it! This is an incredible drive and incentive for us!’ the head of the Saratov delegation to Perm, Deputy Director of the Student Club, SSU, Alexander Yefimov shared his emotions.
The city, which in 2024 will host the 32nd Russian Student Spring All-Russian festival, was announced brightly. Governor of Saratov Region Roman Busargin took the stage to receive the cup of the Russian Student Spring.
In addition, there were announced at the closing ceremony of the 31st festival, the winners of the Grand-Prix in 10 creative sections and the winners of the team competition.
The ceremony was hosted by Stas Yarushin and Ekaterina Vyalikova.
The gala-concert allowed once again to show his collection of clothes to the SophKom fashion theatre, which became the winner of the 3rd degree in the Fashion section. The participants marched on stage together with other prize-winners and winners of the nomination.
The series of awards began with a new nomination in 2023 – The Breakthrough of the Year, where the Saratov delegation became one of the winners.
Aleksei Agafonov, First Deputy Director General of the Russia is a Land of Opportunities presidential platform, and Aleksei Krivitskii, Deputy Chair of the Russian Youth Union All-Russian public organisation, took the stage to present the award to students.
‘This year, the Russia is a Land of Opportunities platform celebrates its first 5-year anniversary and the Russian Student Spring has become one of the first creative contests of the platform, which we are doing together with the RYU. On behalf of the entire team and the community of the platform projects, I want to congratulate the Student Spring on the 31st birthday and wish creative success, new projects and bright participants,’ Aleksei Agafonov said. He, in turn, noted that the Student Spring is a great opportunity to find new friends, become more independent and proudly call himself a participant in such a large-scale festival.
Another important victory of Saratov at 2023 Student Spring was the second place in the main nomination of the festival – the overall team competition.
