All Members of SSU Student Club Participated in 2022 Student Spring – Prize Winners

The Russian Student Spring festival in Samara has come to its end. The high tide of the brightest event of this spring was the awarding ceremony of the Grand Prix winners. Students of Saratov University returned from the festival with victories in various categories.

Anton Gladyshev (the Faculty of Philosophy) received the first-degree certificate in the Beat-box, Solo nomination (the Vocal Art category). In the Choreography category Victoria Kolesnikova (the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Language Teaching Methods) as part of the Dance Class ensemble of sports and ballroom dance also got the first-degree in the Ballroom and Sports Dance, Large Groups nomination. In the Drama category, Vladislav Kovalenko (the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics) as part of the 5LETTERS student drama club was given the second-degree in the Art of Declamation, Poetry, Short Plays nomination, and Vadim Kaffarov (the Institute of Philology and Journalism) – the first-degree certificate in the Art of Declamation, Poetry, Solo nomination.

Irina Tokareva (the Institute of Sports and Physical Training) in the Aerial Gymnastics, Solo nomination and Roman Isaev (the Institute of Physics) as part of the SPIKL team in the Clownery, Large Groups nomination were awarded with the second-degree certificates in the Circus category, and Mikhail Bairamov and Victoria Karavaykina (the Institute of Sports and Physical Training) – with the first-degree certificates in the Acrobatics, Small Groups nomination. Anastasia Udintsova (the Institute of Philology and Journalism) and Ilya Shmargun (the Faculty of Geology) received the first-degree certificates in the Social Short Video nomination (the Video category).

In the contest of regional programmes, Saratov Region took the second place. The performance was based on a plot created by SSU students and won the Grand Prix of the regional festival in Saratov. In addition to the artists of the SSU Student Club, who performed in the nomination, the programme was attended by a student of the Faculty of Law Daria Panakshina and a student of the Faculty of Economics Nikita Krivosheyev.

Saratov Region took the Grand Prix of the 30th Russian Student Spring All-Russian Festival in the overall scoring.

To note, in the year of the 60th anniversary of the Student Club, all university students who took part in the festival became winners.
