Students of Saratov State University have a chance to win presidential grants. Contestants have to be students of bachelor and specialist programs enrolled on a full scholarship in 2016.  Aside from that, lists of candidates are being formed by federal state bodies that include winners and prize holders of school subject contests and other creative, scientific and sport events held in 2015-16. The list of such events is approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of November 27, 2015 №1384.

 

According to the program regulations grant holders must annually report on their educational, scientific and creative work and work in Russia for no less than 5 years after graduating. In case of gaining the right to receive grant the state will pay 20,000 rubles (~$320) per month until the end of education. 

 

The due date for filing papers and registering on the website is November 1, 2016.
