SSU organizes State Exam preparation courses for young mothers

Saratov State University is listed among universities chosen by the Russian Federation Ministry of Education and Science for the realization of an experimental educational project. Under the project young women under 23 years of age who have one or more kids can enroll in the pre-university training program.

SSU is going to prepare young mothers to take the State Exam 2015. The program is free. Courses start in October. Full-time and part-time as well as distant learning programs are available. Full-time students will get a 2000 rubles stipend.

Regional Center of Pre-university Education teachers will give classes. Students can choose the course they want to take. After completing the program young mothers could apply to any Russian university on general basis.

The program has the following requirements: the applicant should be a young woman under 23 years of age as of 1 October, 2014, a citizen of Russia; the applicant should not have a higher education, should not be enrolled in a degree program or any pre-university training programs.

Required documents and their copies are an application form, Russian passport, a child(ren)’s birth certificate(s), the document of the secondary general education, 4 photos of 3х4 cm in size.
