Biography:
Balash O.S. graduated Saratov State University specializing in Applied Mathematics and started working at the Department of Further and Applied Mathematics in Saratov branch of Russian state university of trade and economics.
In 1994 she got her PhD in Statistics from Moscow Institute of Economics and Statistics.
