В статье рассматривается компетентностный подход как одно из оснований социально-профессиональной адаптации студентов вуза. Конкретизирована сущность понятия «социально-профессиональная адаптация студентов вузов», обоснована необходимость разработки показателей ее сформированности. Выявлены основные факторы, определяющие процесс формирования социально-профессиональной адаптации. Представлены основные разделы целевой комплексной программы, обеспечивающей эффективность социально-профессиональной адаптации студентов вуза; выявлено влияние социально-профессиональной адаптации на формирование компетентности будущих специалистов.
The article considers the competence approach as the main basis of the social and professional adaptation of the students. The author elaborates the term «the social and professional adaptation of the students», shows the necessity of the development of the indexes for its formation. The major factors, which determine the process of the development of the social and professional adaptation, are defined. The main parts of the program, which provides the efficiency of the social and professional adaptation of the students, are presented. The materials show the influence of the social and professional adaptation on the formation of the competence of future specialists.
