Saratov State University is among the winners of 2014 student self-governance development program competition . SSU presented its project “UNIVERIA: future depends on you (student self-governance in SSU development)”.

Russian Ministry of Education of Science competition aims to develop student self-governance and involve students in education modernization and solving social and economic problems. The winners get funding from the federal budget to develop student self-governance system in 2014.

It is the second time SSU wins the competition. “UNIVERIA: future depends on you (student self-governance in SSU development)” program implementation next year will help to further involve students in university educational, research and innovation activity, promote healthy life style, develop socio-cultural environment that encourages creativity and self-fulfillment, take part in youth forums and projects, etc.
