Learn How to Develop Start-Up Projects in SSU Business Boiling Point

The Business Boiling Point is to host a master class on the basics of developing a minimum viable start-up project (Minimum Viable Product).

The Minimum Viable Product (or MVP) is the earliest version of the project, which has a minimal set of functions sufficient to show the product to experts and potential investors, as well as to test it on the first consumers.

Head of the SSU Business Incubator Elena Korotkovskaya is to hold a master class on start-up MVP: a master class on using the resources and services of the university business incubator for a start-up project, Also she is to tell the participants about the principles of project work, methods of preparing a product version ready for monetisation and the development of a business project.

The speaker paid special attention to the preparation of applications for investment sessions and grant competitions. As a bonus, Elena Korotkovskaya is to comment on the resources and services available at the university business incubator.

The master class will take place on October 9 at 12 p.m. in the Boiling Point in Room 204, Bldg. 6. Apply for the event here. Note that the registration is obligatory.

In September 2022, the SSU Boiling Point Centre won a grant to create and maintain the Business Boiling Point. The competition was held as part of the Platform of University Technological Entrepreneurship federal project.  It is aimed at revealing the entrepreneurial potential of young people and training professionals in technological entrepreneurship. In total, there are 60 Russian universities in the list of the winners.

The SSU Business Boiling Point trains students in entrepreneurship, developing their abilities in business and creating business tracks. In addition, it is a testing ground where university technology start-up projects are launched. It helps find investors for university start-ups and engineering team projects and serves as the site where student present their start-up projects developed under the Start-Up as a Graduation Project federal programme.
