Russian Federation Government Chair D.A. Medvedev sent a congratulatory address on the Victory Day to SSU.

“May 9 is a sacramental holiday for every one that we celebrate with special feelings. We will always honor the heroic deeds of those who fought at the Great Patriotic War battlefields, worked hard behind the lines, rebuilt the country in the following years”, says the address. “Bravery, stamina and selflessness of that generation lives in our memory. It is an example for all of us. It helps to achieve new heights, do our best so that Russia becomes a strong free modern country”.
