Saratov University received a telegram from State Duma Committee on Agrarian Issues Chair N.V. Pankov.

In the letter, N.V. Pankov says May 9 is the most triumphant holiday that symbolizes the greatness of war deeds and selfless labor of our people and reminds of love and devotion to our Motherland.

“Victory at the Great Patriotic War is an inherent property of our people, eternal symbol of its patriotism”, writes N.V. Pankov and wishes Saratov University staff strong health, well-being, happiness and peaceful skies.
