Dear colleagues and students!

I congratulate you on the Day of Spring and Labor!

May 1 has a strong uplifting feeling. We are happy to see nature waking up; we are full of energy and make plans for the future.

University workers know the word “labor” very well; it is a fundamental term. When they give lectures and do research, hold exams and publish their scientific work, every day they prove their scientific status at Saratov State National Research University. Our students and graduate students work for their future. In addition to studying their disciplines of choice they actively participate in the University life and combine studying g and art.

In the University, May is a busy time when academic year goes to its end and exam sessions start. The last month of spring is time of waiting for new students. Every year school graduates choose SSU as they understand the University will give them the best opportunities for personal fulfillment.

In May, students finish their qualification papers. I wish them to successfully defend their work. I hope many graduates will engage themselves with the University and continue our scientific and academic traditions.

With all my heart I wish the university community to spend these May holiday with their nearest and dearest. Stay health and be in a great mood!
