BRICS Workshop on Biophotonics II will be held online, on 16-18, May 2023, and is intended to bring together young scientists, engineers and clinical researchers from the BRICS countries and countries candidates working in various fields of science involved in the application of optics, photonics and imaging technologies to solve urgent problems of biology and medicine. The scope of this Forum ranges from basic research to instrumentation, preclinical and clinical research, mainly in those areas where researchers from the BRICS countries and countries candidates are world leaders. The topics are extensive and will cover, but are not limited to the following:

Official language of the meeting is English.

All papers will be subject to the normal peer review process for the journals.
For Proceedings of BRICS Workshop on Biophotonics II, manuscripts should be submitted not later than May 31, 2023.
For Journal of Biomedical Photonics & Engineering, manuscripts should be submitted not later than June 30, 2023.
Manuscripts should be submitted not later than May 31, 2023.
For Journal of Biomedical Optics, the deadline for submission will be decided during meeting.
