TELFOR is a traditional and successful international IEEE conference, organized annually for quite a long time in Belgrade, Serbia. Preceding TELFOR 2013 was with around 50% of authors out of Serbia (local region, EU, IEEE Region 8), with over 250 accepted and invited papers, with over 60 different sessions and events and over 1500 participants and visitors.

MODEST REGISTRATION FEES FOR AUTHORS !
Authors/co-authors of the accepted regular papers should pay registration fees. AT LEAST ONE REGISTRATION FEE PER EACH ACCEPTED REGULAR PAPER IS REQUIRED. The registration fees and bank instructions are attached. We think that our registration fees are very modest. Visitors without papers can participate in either the authors sections or in companies special presentations free of charge.   

PAPERS CD PROCEEDINGS AND IEEE XPLORE DIGITAL LIBRARY
Papers with favorable reviews will be accepted and published in the CD Proceedings of accepted papers. An accepted paper has to be presented in regular or student sessions by its author or co-author. Upon closing of
the Forum accepted and presented regular papers will be  submitted for possible publication in the IEEE Xplore database.  (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org )
