The service is provided for both legal entities and natural persons. Videoconferencing is conducted by "Ipsilon-Video" videoconferencing system that is a part of SSU "Ipsilon" distance education system. The program has a Certificate of State Registration of a ECM program issued by Russian Federation Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks.
Requirements:
- browser with installed Adobe Flash Player 11.1 (or upper versions);
- Internet connection speed no less than 512 Kbit/s (preferably no less than 1 Mbit/s);
- web camera/microphone for video feed.
Access to videoconferencing system is provided as per license agreements.

- minimal equipment costs: PC (laptop), Internet connection, browser (Adobe Flash is free), microphone;
- videoconferencing modes: "meeting" (two people simultaneously engaged in a conference), "discussion" (up to 11 participants simultaneously);
- a virtual board for drawing, typing and images uploading;
- capability to download and demonstrate presentations and flash videos via virtual board;
- text messaging before, during and after videoconference;
- unlimited number of participants and simultaneous feeds (of meeting rooms);
- advanced settings of feed image quality so it could be adapted for any type of Internet connection. Capability of 480pix (640х480) videoconferencing;
- flexible interface settings and adaptation for specific requirements.
