Making high purity special alloys using vacuum-induction melting of metal cast sections with a given chemical composition.
Making rotary cutting tool (cutters, drills, reamers, etc) of high-speed steel and high-alloy materials.
Vacuum heat and thermochemical treatment of steel.
Application of wear-resistant, hardening coating using PVD method to rotary cutting tool and machine parts (punches, matrixes, frames, plugs, etc).
Laboratory research (elemental analysis, structural analysis, mechanical properties).
Providing services in selection of material grades and heat and thermochemical treatment modes testing.
Providing education and further training in working with vacuum heat equipment for external companies’ staff.
