College of Radioelectronics celebrated its 115 Anniversary on 2 October. Professors, students and college alumni gathered at its hall of assembly.

Vice-rector for Educational Work E.G. Elina, Faculty of Physics Dean V.M. Anikin, Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics Dean A.M. Zakharov, Faculty of Nonlinear Processes Dean Yu.I. Levin, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technologies A.G. Fedorova came to congratulate the College.

Among the honored guests were deputy head of Frunzenski district Administration N.N. Dmitriev, deputy head of Saratov Region Civic Chamber V.V. Bogdanov, leading engineer of the Scientific Industrial Enterprise “Contact”, Collge alumna A.P. Dvortsov, HR director of the manufacturing group “Corpus” O.V. Shindina.

College director S.A. Karasev welcomed the guests. He remembered the main stages of the college foundation and development and congratulated the professors on the coming Teacher’s Day.

Prof. Elina reminded the guest of the important world events in 1899, College foundation year. “On behalf of the University Rector I would like to congratulate you and say thank you to our old stagers”, concluded E.G. Elina.

Faculty Deans hoped college graduate would enroll in SSU. College programs are popular, its graduate have good knowledge to become high-level professionals.

After the welcoming part Award ceremony took place – college professors got certificates of merit.

The guests also enjoyed interesting entertainment program prepared by College students.
