Young Managers Successfully Defended Their Projects Headed by SSU researchers
On 21 November the graduates from the Young Manager School of the Saratov Region defended their projects in the White Hall of the Government of the Saratov Region. Having studied in Saratov State University, the graduates presented eight team projects led by SSU researchers.
Saratov University was presented there by Rector Aleksei N. Chumachenko, Head of the Young Manager School of the Saratov Region in SSU, Director of the Institute of Continuing Professional Education Yurii G. Golub, and Deputy Director of the Institute of Continuing Professional Education Gennadii A. Tashpekov. Also the event was attended by local authorities, representatives of public organisations, rectors of universities, head of municipal districts, and scientific supervisors of the projects.
The first to speak was the Minister of the Region – Governor Chief of Staff Oksana V. Goryacheva. She marked that new regional and state objectives could be carried out by a new generation of managers only. And they have to work as a team so that they will be able to achieve the targeted tasks. Moreover, Oksana Goryacheva expressed her gratitude to the Government partners, namely universities which had developed modern courses for the new generation of managers. The minister wished that all of them would defend their projects successfully.
The students of the School chose important social issues concerning education, digitalization, and ecology.
The first team presented the project titled the Children Sport Training in Nursery Schools. According to it, extracurricular sport clubs will be organised in the nursery school in Vyazovka, the Tatishchev District.
The next group defended the project titled the Economical Producing Tools in New Device Manufacturing. They are going to develop the educating training and define the universal methods of producing optimisation.
Another project was aimed to create the complex information system for tourists and Saratov citizens. Other new IT-platforms included the Geoinformation Social Network of Local Initiatives and the United Regional Digital Education Information System.
The committee members and experts paid attention to the project titled the Information Campaign to Establish Tolerance to People with Special Needs. First of all, the project will be targeted at informing the society about that issue, and it will consist of trainings imitating real cases from the life of people with special needs, lectures which will warn about dangerous situations and risks which may cause serious injuries, and the massive information campaign.
Also the committee was surprised by the project on livestock recycling. Its authors suggested that there should be built a recycling and re-use factory, and the plant will solve not only economic but ecological problems.
The last team presented the project set to develop the gas motor fuel market in the Saratov Region.
After the defending procedure the committee members shared their impressions on it.
‘Every project hits the target. I am glad to see the people who understand all the current issues and are ready to find the solutions. It is important that all the projects can be implemented. Saratov University teach specialists who can become good managers,’ noted Aleksei Chumachenko.
Chair of the Civic Chamber of the Saratov Region Boris L. Shinchuk invited the authors of six projects to present their projects at the regional civil forum in December.
‘Colleagues, I wish that you would stay as enthusiastic as you are now. I am glad that we have had an opportunity to contribute to your projects intelligently. All the projects have been defended successfully. We hope that you will work in our region,’ concluded Oksana Goryacheva.
