Foreign citizens, who are to take bachelor, specialist, master or postgraduate degree programs, are enrolled in case they successfully pass entrance exams organized by the higher education institution.
A foreign citizen can simultaneously apply for no more than 5 higher educational institutions and for no more than 3 degree programs of each higher educational institution.
During a calendar year applicants can take entrance tests only once.

Bachelor’s / Specialist degree programs:

June 20, 2018 – August 8, 2018 / September 10, 2018 (extramural form of learning)
– entrance examinations (tests in the Russian language and a profile of a chosen specialty):
June 20, 2018 – August 16, 2018 / September 15, 2018 (extramural form of learning)
Master’s degree programs:
– acceptance of documents required for admission according to contracts on educational services:
June 20, 2018 – August 14, 2018 / September 10, 2018 (extramural form of learning)
August 15, 2018 / September 15, 2018 (extramural form of learning)
Postgraduate programs:
