Other Administrative Positions:
S.G. Ivchenkov has been working at the Faculty of Sociology since its foundation. He has significant administration work experience: SSU labor union chair, Vice-rector for social and educational work, deputy chair of the Saratov Committee on Education. In 2004 he supported the foundation of the Department of youth sociology.
Since 1998 S.G. Ivchenkov has been a member of the Board of Educational Methodological Association on sociology and social anthropology, since 2012 – a member of the Board of Educational Methodological Association on organizing youth work. Prof. Ivchenkov is a member of three dissertation committees.
He has been a scientific advisor of many doctoral and PhD students.
S.G. Ivchenkov is a member of editorial boards of sociology journals.
