Dylnova, Z.M. graduated Saratov State University specializing in History in 1963. She finished Saratov Institute of Economics with specialization in Industrial Planning in 1978.
In 1972-1994 Dylnova, Z.M. worked as a teacher and then a Deputy Head of Saratov Chemistry Technicum.
In 1983 she defended a PhD thesis in Philosophy “Developing Democracy among Employees while Improving Socialism”.
In 1994-2001 she worked as an Associate Professor of the Department of Political Science in Saratov State University.
In 2001-2005 - Associate Professor of the Department of Regional Sociology, SSU Faculty of Sociology.
Since 2005 Dylnova, Z.M has been a Professor of the Department of Regional Sociology.
In 2006 Prof. Dylnova defended a doctoral thesis in Sociology “Entrepreneurship in Russian Transitive Society (sociological Analysis)”.
She received the title of Professor at the Department of Regional Sociology in 2008.
Prof. Dylnova supervised 6 PhD students.
Work experience is 57 years, including 20 years in teaching (regional Studies, Sociology, Demographics).
